Give this invoice to the carrier you select to ship your return package. The invoice is required for customs. The carrier will not be able to return your package to Amazon without it.
Additional Instructions for mailing your parcel
- Securely package the item to avoid damage during return - if possible, please use the original packaging.
- Affix the personalised return mailing label securely to the package, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
- Affix the appropriate postage to your package.
- Send the parcel from your nearest post office or via the delivery method of your choice. If the value of the items you’re returning is more than £20.00, it's recommended that you use a trackable return method.
- If your battery is damaged, defective or recalled by the manufacturer, do not return it to Amazon. Please contact Customer Service for further instructions.
- Your return contains materials that require special transportation handling. Be sure to affix the Hazmat Label provided below to the outside of your parcel and to securely pack your parcel. If you no longer have the original packaging, securely pack your item in a cardboard box with adequate cushioning to prevent damage to the item in transit.
