„I bought this product (3 in 1). I used it for a couple of months and it was good. I went away for a month and came back and swithed it on and it stank moldy. I contacted them and they told me that machine cant be switched off because it has carbon filter, switching it off causes nasty odour. This wasnt written in instructions. I spoke to their main office and complained but they didnt care. So I have this machine in my basement now, spent 1000fr on it, I can see it is on sale now (70%) off. If they gave proper information at first I wouldnt buy it. There is some problem there in that company, they dont give answers because they dont have them„
